SkillsUSA is a student organization and is one of the most important things students can do in preparing for a career. Participants will become well-rounded individuals and develop skills as well as occupational skills.

Being a member of SkillsUSA is one of the most important things students can do in preparing for a career. SkillsUSA is a student organization. It is designed for the student. It is organized and conducted by elected officers. Students will become well rounded individuals and develop social and leadership skills as well as occupational skills. This organization consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Reporter, Parliamentarian, and Designated Officer. As a part of SkillsUSA students participate in community services in order to give back and build character. Students also participate in fundraisers in order to compete in state and national contests. Students are encouraged to participate in the SkillsUSA competition held each year.
